MORGANVILLE, NJ DECEMBER 10th 2023:
National Police Defense Foundation Executive Director Joseph Occhipinti is proud to announce the NPDF’s recognition and support of the heroic mission of Israeli law enforcement, who we proudly count among our members.
As a leader in the law enforcement community, the NPDF will be sending a special delegation of NPDF Executive Board Members, along with NPDF Clergy, Rabbi Harry Tzvi Berkowitz, to Washington, DC on December 13th, 2023. They will present a plaque to the Israeli Ambassador to the United States, Michael Herzog, to honor of the memory of the 59 gallant Israeli Police Officers and support personnel who bravely made the supreme sacrifice on October 7th, 2023, when they were killed in the fight against terrorism. In recognition of these gallant heroes going above and beyond the call of duty to resist armed insurgents who sought to murder young attendees at a music festival near Gaza. The Fearless 59 bought time for other attendees to escape and for the IDF to respond in force to engage the terrorists. In doing so, these valiant and intrepid heroes sacrificed their own lives.
The National Police Defense Foundation takes an active role in recognizing national and international law enforcement, particularly when those gallant men and women have sacrificed their lives in the protection of others, worldwide.
To that end, the NPDF has taken an active role in helping to identify and apprehend anyone who shoots or kills a police officer. Under the leadership and guidance of Executive Director Joseph Occhipinti, we offer a ten-thousand-dollar reward ($10,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who shoots or kills a member of the law enforcement community.
