The National Police Defense Foundation is proud to announce it will be offering a FREE NPDF Legal Defense Seminar to its active and retired law enforcement member. One of the major topics to be discussed is the controversial Law Enforcement Officers Security Act (LEOSA) that reportedly authorizes both active and retired law enforcement officers to carry firearms nationwide.
