NPDF Membership Renewal for 2026

THIRD PARTY REPRESENTATION FORM

The personal privacy of members is paramount to the National Police Defense Foundation therefore, NPDF members have the option to select a third party to represent them in discussing any matter related to membership, benefits, or dues payment by simply filling out, notarizing, and returning the Authorization for Third-Party Representation Form

The form will be kept on file and may be rescinded by the member at any time by simply sending a  notarized letter rescinding third party representation to the NPDF.

MEMBERS WITH DMV ORGANIZATION SAFE COP LICENSE PLATES
It is important for members who are in possession of NPDF Safe Cop license plates to know the DMV  will notify you to surrender your plates if your dues are not paid by March 15, 2026. If you renew after the March 15, 2026 deadline, a $25 late fee will be charged to notify the DMV that you are again a member in good standing.

TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT ADVISORY
The NPDF has experienced an increase in the unauthorized sale of NPDF membership cards and related  accessories on E-Bay and other websites. The sale of NPDF merchandise by an unauthorized person is a  federal trademark infringement. Therefore, please be prudent when distributing NPDF Honorary Member cards to friends and family.

MEMBERS WITH NPDF BADGE AND CREDENTIALS
It is important for members with NPDF Member Badge and Credentials to promptly renew since their  credentials expire on December 31, 2025. It takes approximately two weeks to secure the new printed  2026 credentials. It is strongly recommended you do not carry expired credentials.
