The National Police Defense Foundation offers two Membership programs for Public Safety Officers.

Law Enforcement Officer (Active or Retired)

$50 annual membership

    • 2 Vehicle Decals
    • Ability to participate in DMV Organizational License Plate Program (NY, NJ and PA)
    • Access to legal and medical support services.
    • Eligibility to apply for NPDF Member Badge & Credentials (Available for LE or Associate Members)
    • Access to a variety of NPDF Affinity Programs.
    • Free initial legal consultation to NPDF members

    The criteria for Law Enforcement & Public Safety Membership (ACTIVE OR RETIRED) mandates the applicant is a duly sworn officer that is employed with an official government agency federal, state, county or municipal police department. And will be mandated to submit a copy of your Police or Public Safety ID.

The NPDF extends courtesy to Active and Retired military to join.

    The NPDF extends courtesy to Active and Retired military to join at the Public Safety Dues of $50.
    All will be mandated to submit a copy of your Military ID to confirm active/retired/100% VA disability

    – ACTIVE: ACTIVE MILITARY ID CARD OR DD FORM 214
    – RETIRED: MILITARY RETIRED ID CARD or DD FROM 214
    – DISABLED: MILITARY ID, DD 214 OR VA ID CARD (It will note on the ID that he is disabled)
