MORGANVILLE, NJ: Executive Director Joe Occhipinti has directed the establishment of a $10,000 Safe Cop Reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of illegal alien Tony Gebian Lopez Infante (aka Tony Lopez). Tony Lopez is being sought for his involvement In the May 18th, 2025 hit and run of the son of former police officer Sheena Carach.
Zack Carach was preparing to have dinner with his family in celebration of his 21st birthday when he was allegedly struck by Tony Gebian Lopez Infante (aka Tony Lopez) an illegal alien from Venezuela who was driving a silver Mitsubishi Mirage with Tennessee plates. After striking Carach and seriously injuring him, Lopez fled the scene without rendering aid. Police said the vehicle involved in the accident, a Mitsubishi Mirage, was returned by Lopez-Infante the next day to a rental business, having sustained heavy front-end damage. Lopez-Infante is alleged to have rented the vehicle since February by paying $200 dollars weekly in cash, without ever having a driver’s license or insurance.
Along with the hit-and-run, police noted that Lopez-Infante has several outstanding warrants, including one in Williamson County, Tennessee for a probation violation associated with an arrest for theft. Lopez-Infante fled Tennessee and is currently believed to be in the Bronx, New York.
