- A scholarship recipient can only receive one NPDF scholarship in their lifetime. Once a person receives an award, they will no longer be considered for future scholarships or grants. If a family has more then one child, each child may apply for the scholarship and receive it.
- Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate studies program. Requirement for consideration include: an acceptance letter from college or college transcript.
- High School students entering college should have a high school average of at least 80% or an SAT score of 900. Continuing college students should have completed 24 college credits and freshman should have completed 12 college credits, with a minimum GPA average 3.0.
- Applicants are required to complete a 500 word essay on one of the topics listed on the other side of this card.
- Selection of scholarship winners will be conducted randomly by a lottery drawing.
